Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

A refund shall be available to any participant prior to the participant taking the final examination of any course the participant has paid for. Failing a final examination is not criteria for a refund. If, for any reason, a participant has enrolled in a course or program and that course or program is cancelled, the participant will be notified via email, and or telephone of cancellation and a 100% refund of the course or program shall be granted to the participant within seven (7) business days of notification of cancellation. If the refund is requested because of a grievance or complaint, and the final exam was taken regardless of pass/fail status, the following steps will be taken to deem whether a refund will be granted to the participant:

1.     The participant expressing the grievance should submit their grievance in writing to My CE Central  (Dan@Winn-publications.com)

2.     The written grievance statement will be reviewed by My CE Central leadership team and the concern will be thoroughly discussed to arrive at a resolution.

3.     Information from the grievance complaint and resolution will be used to improve future My CE Central continuing education programming and protocol.

4.     My CE Central will respond to the participants grievance within seven (7) business days of receipt of submission via email notification and the status of a refund will be issued to the participant at that time.

If a participant has prepaid for a course and is unable to attend the course for any reason, the participant is to notify My CE Central prior to taking the course and My CE Central will refund 100% of the amount paid back to the participant.
